Chicken Chapli Kabab Recipe:
Ingredients:
500g ground chicken
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 cup gram flour Roasted
1/2 cup oil (for frying)
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, roasted gram floor, chopped onion, chopped pomegranate seeds, chopped tomatoes, coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. If the mixture feels too wet, you can add a little besan (chickpea flour) to help bind it.
If using an egg, beat it and add it to the mixture for better binding. Mix well.
Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a round patty.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the chapli kababs in the pan.
Fry each side until it turns golden brown and cooked through. It usually takes about 3-4 minutes per side.
Once cooked, place the kababs on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with mint chutney or your favorite sauce.
Enjoy your homemade Chicken Chapli Kababs!
