What does it take to keep a child in school?

​For our team, it took traveling down a long, remote road to St. Paul Catholic School, Abia State. But every mile was worth it!

​The Veronica Onyeneke Foundation is officially sponsoring 10 amazing SSS1–3 students to fully complete their secondary education.

The village was pure joyous parents smiling with relief and kids dancing! When you lift the burden of school fees, you lift an entire household.

Skill Empowerment Training
Successfully Concluded

From the office of the SUG vice President of Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education in collaboration with Veronica Onyeneke Foundation has successfully concluded the 2-Day free skill empowerment program.

Date: 22nd-23rd May 2026.
Venue:School Pavilion, Alvan

Participants were trained in:
-Liquid soap production
-Air Freshener
-Car was production
-Izal production

The program equipped participants with hands-on skills to start small businesses and become self-reliant.
