It’s luxury to sit and stare out of the window I know…and I nearly always get a pang of guilt about it. That little voice in me says ‘you’re being lazy, you need to get on with work and I should be out there ‘achieving’ etc etc
But then I remind myself the importance of these moments…we all need them..to reflect, react, process and refuel. Our brains love to lounge in time, memory and imagine.
So yeh, Iet yourself luxuriate in the ‘DAYDREAM’
Float and delight in it!
And anyway, whether you think it or not…you are in fact ‘working’ !
