Hi, y’all. I’m not sure how many of you remember Rosie Frank. She was one of my mods and was a part of this channel (and many others) for a long time. I very recently found out that she passed away unexpectedly in September 2025.

Although, in the end, there were some challenging exchanges between us, ultimately, I wanted this channel to be a safe space for her and for everyone. I’m not sure what happened, but I will always remember Rosie as someone who deeply wanted to connect with others in an authentic way and who loyally supported the readers she cared about.

She loved sailing ⛵️, her home in BC, and photography. I’ll always remember—with a smile—“red shirt, blue shirt” (all of the shirts 😄), bear sightings, and how encouraging Rosie was of my gifts.

I’d sent her a deck she won and it was returned to me. I’m so sad she never received it. I’m so devastated that she left without us clearing up whatever awkwardness remained. I hope she found the deep connection her soul was longing for in this life, but if not, I hope it comes to her in the next.

Once, Rosie was traveling in a place where she said the people were grumpy—this is what she said to me:

“Most of the people here are in a really grumpy mood. So I just start laughing. The reaction is amazing... everyone starts smiling or laughing with me.”

So today, give a random laugh in a public place for Rosie. See if you can start a chain reaction of joy. 💫✨🤗 We could certainly use more of it.

When I say that I’m so glad you’re here, I mean it sincerely. You matter. It’s impossible to connect personally with each subscriber in the way I know so many of you need and long for—not necessarily from me specifically, but from people in general. We all want to feel seen. We all want to belong.

Please give each other grace out there in the world. Be someone who truly, authentically cares. I know that in doing so, you’re helping to heal what’s so broken in this world.

Never forget how deeply you are loved by the Creator and how intrinsically connected we all are in Spirit.

Right now is the time for boundaries. Please prioritize protecting your peace. Stop self-abandoning. We need you to be healthy, not traumatized (& re-traumatized).

Joy is revolutionary. Love is revolutionary. Laughing, dancing, meditating, praying, hugging, swimming, sunbathing, crafting, writing, singing, praising, walking, stretching, resting, breathing, baking, gardening, cooking, painting….there are so many ways to be revolutionary at a time when you are asked to panic, fight, or freeze in fear.

I encourage you to turn off the noise outside so that you can get quiet inside. Find the peace within. God loves all of you. 🧡🤍💜❤️💛💚

Hi hi! Here’s a cute pic of Mr. Bojangles + some laundry 😉 I have been having problems with my electricity for the past couple of days. An electrician is coming out tonight to take a look (and hopefully fix it!!!).
