3️⃣ Participants must continue following and subscribing throughout the campaign period to remain eligible.
4️⃣ Once entered, participants automatically remain eligible for every weekly draw until the campaign ends, as long as they continue to meet eligibility requirements.
5️⃣ One (1) lucky winner will be selected every week.
6️⃣ Winners will be announced every Sunday via our official social media platforms or WhatsApp.
7️⃣ The prize is FREE Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing for FY 2026-27 (AY 2027-28) only.
8️⃣ The offer applies only to individual taxpayers and is valid for ITR-1, ITR-2, ITR-3, and ITR-4 only.
9️⃣ The offer is applicable only to individuals legally eligible to file an ITR under applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act.
🔟 Winners must contact TaxNivaas and submit all required information/documents at least one month before the applicable ITR filing due date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the benefit.
1️⃣1️⃣ The FREE ITR Filing benefit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed for any other service.
1️⃣2️⃣ Additional services (tax notices, tax planning, GST services, appeals, audits, revised returns, rectifications, or anything outside standard ITR filing) are not included and will be charged separately, if required.
1️⃣3️⃣ TaxNivaas reserves the right to verify eligibility of all participants and winners before providing the FREE ITR Filing service.
1️⃣4️⃣ TaxNivaas reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Lucky Draw or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
1️⃣5️⃣ TaxNivaas's decision regarding participant eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.
