2024: welcome to your new business model 💫

I've been reflecting a lot on what I want 2024 to look like 💭

That means planning out my revenue goals and looking at other key biz numbers, but it also means thinking about things like ...

What daily routines can I design that will help me be my happiest, most abundant self? How can I create more fun and fulfillment for me and my team? What kind of work/life balance do I want to have?

This is the whole reason I became an entrepreneur in the first place - so I could design a business that helps me live my best life.

I started off with 1:1 services, but there was always something else I was working towards ...

For my ambitious, creative, entrepreneurial brain, this biz model checked alllll the boxes.

✅ I wanted to work in a leveraged way rather than being tied down to a full calendar of client calls.

✅ I was willing to invest a lot of hard work up front, but then I wanted the ability to scale my revenue and impact in the long-term (with no income ceiling holding me back).

✅ Most of all, I wanted the freedom to design my dream life.

For me, that means living on the beach in Panama, focusing on work I find fulfilling, and having the freedom to take a spontaneous road trip or take an extra-long lunch whenever the mood strikes 🏝 🎨 🚐 🍣
