WRITING THE LAST PART OF MY DISCOURSE/THE CONCLUSION HERE FIST FOR THE PEOPLE AFRAID TO READ:

This means that we all living things, from the simplest cells to the most complex of animals (brains or not, even hive-insects are very complex) act in the same, exact way, by Wills forged first in our Nature and then shaped by the Nurture imposed onto it.

"Free Will" is a medieval invention of "human superiority" born from both ignorance and infantile desires which still persists in all WRONG models of reality.
"Free Will" says that we are able to make decisions completely independent of our Nature, our Nurture AND WORSE OF ALL of the Fatalistic way our universe works (no, "god" as you imagine it is not real, Lapace's Demon would function correctly in our universe)! To say that "I had the power to not eat what I ate this past breakfast" is to claim that the sky is green, blood is azure, things fall up and time runs backwards, because it makes NO SENSE!
You HYPOTHETICALLY COULD have ate something else, but overall there was NO CHANCE of you EVEN JUST MOVING ONE ATOM DIFFERENTLY.

If a dog is too aggressive and is a danger to you, you have the Right to kill it in self defence.
If a mold is toxic to you, you have the Right to kill it and treat the infestation.

If a human has an history of burglary you have the Right to demand that human to not stay anywhere close to you and your goods.

"Free Will" is a worthless pile of shit which even lacks any deterministic use by any point of view.

IT DOES NOT MATTER THAT WE ARE DETERMINISTIC MACHINES WHICH ALL ACTIONS CAN BE PREDICTED, WHAT WE WANT AND WHAT WE DO IS PART OF US AND THEREFORE THE CONSEQUENCES OF OUR ACTIONS ARE OUR FAULTS!

Because of how my perception works, reality is a nightmare.


I tried to understand how things work, how truth works, since when I stopped being a "ugu gaga" baby.
I figured out that the religion taught in my region of the world was not true pretty early in life, that wasn't a nice day for a person with a mind like mine.

I was functionally alone in the research of truth, I couldn't speak with anybody because it would not have helped at all.


I tried to find "absolute Objectivity of all", but then I realized that altho some things ARE Objective, others are by their very nature Subjective, and that god or not, in the absolute end, at the absolute base of everything, there's no "one true path".

"We can't prove anything more than 'I think, therefore I am' and the absolute truth of how Logic works" aside, the only thing anywhere close to "an objective goal" is Life's overall drive to persist. We are Autonomous MachineS predicted in the periodic table of our universe.
(Machines are individual objects made of different parts capable of performing at least one job, like a NutCracker. An Autonomous Machine is instead a Machine which doesn't need any other Machine to operate, which makes it alive by definition.)


Brains first evolved to synchronize motion; yes, they can also have other functions, and altho they are better done with a brain it is not necessary (a single celled organism can still smell, touch, detect the power of light that hits it, taste and may even have the ability to detect "up and down" and/or magnetic fields.

Our brains have two hemispheres, coevolded, obviously, to specialize in different tasks while still compensate each other.
The Left hemisphere focuses on one task in front of the organism, while the Right hemisphere has a more "general surroundings" role.
The R-e can distinguish faces, while the L-e can do calculations and usually is the hemisphere where speech is controlled.

This is just to sample the two hemispheres, there's no reason to keep describing them,
this is because I needed to make you people understand the next thing I am going to say:



There doesn't seem to be a true physical distinction for this "next thing", only a categorical one which is usually completely blended in for normal, healthy people.
"We do what we want, we want what we desire, what we desire we can't choose."
Wants and desires are "born of the animal which we are".
"Personhood" is not a "be like a human" characteristic, it's "the ability to ENGAGE in Argumentation Ethics" (this is the SHORTEST and STILL CORRECT way to describe it). ChatGPT is NOT a person, it's a Large Language Model, it's basically a giant 8ball spewing out random text.

Altho different AIs, Generative AND NOT, are built in ways which workings resemble a human's brain functions (input + internal factors = output) they are either incomplete (ALL the G-AI models will NEVER create any piece on their own because they are a tool, like a hammer) or they don't yet exist (Artificial General Intelligence), and even if AGI will come to exist IF it's not given INSTINCTUAL DESIRES it will NEVER act outside of its programming, every and all mistake will be due to human error.


Coming back to the main point:
Among my Asperger and other problems I have had in life, my mind developed with "an almost-split" in it, to be functional and to function in society.
The "Animal of Sesires" and the "Logics Solving" parts.
Puberty, happens to all. The brain PHYSICALLY keeps developing up to 21-25 years of age (varies individual-by-individual).
First I was a complete asshole, then I started maturing; I started trying to find an "objective superior lifestyle". I was blind to my own flaws so for a while I kept acting out of desire convinced to be objectively correct.
At one point I realized such, I matured more.
Later in my life I figured out A PRETTY IMPORTANT THING WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY AND UNDENIABLY CORRECT:
The "Logics" side of our mind is not "more evolved", it can not "give us a better drive to life", it just and only solves problems (correctly or incorrectly doesn't matter, it's just its purpose).
The "Animal" part can be wild if not properly raised, but without it we are autonomous Machines with no goals, no desires, no reasons to keep living.
It doesn't matter how stupid, mundane, or "unimportant" the things we desire are, they ARE what is important to us, because "SUBJECTIVE THEORY OF VALUE".

If we were to build an autonomous Machine out of plastic, steel, silicon or even god's bones, if we don't code in any desires it will want to do nothing, if we don't code in any task it will even just do nothing, no matter how powerful it is, if we don't give it the ability or EVEN JUST THE DESIRE to change itself, this autonomous Machine, alive, will follow and all desire of anyone, no matter how small, weak, stupid, contradictory or evil that human is.

So:
Universally if you need or want something and you can't afford it, you can ask the owner to lend it for free, or if you could pay later, or you could ask a friend, or you could make a fund raiser, or whatever.

In your example you failed to describe many aspects of the world where it takes place, leaving thus an incomplete context.

It doesn't matter how it's achieved, just that the goal is pursued, and the "victors" or whatever you wanna call it are those tendrils of life that manage to keep on living, as long as possible, to reach eternity.


"Something something heat death" we don't know that, we can just make this prediction early on because of the data we own right now.





Anyways, returning on the topic of Law & Order:

One either accepts the fact that The Law is extrapolated from First Principles by using Logic, or admits that, after all the reasons they could ever give, their belief boils down to "might makes right", where the legitimacy of a "law" (arbitration) is described by the ability to do harm of the entity imposing it.

Consequentialism and Kantianism are both flawed Philosophies because they're made from the Top Down (from previously-owned beliefs, trying to build a foundation) instead than from the Bottom Up (from observation of the world, using Science to create the data needed as base for any beliefs).

Yes, there are shortcomings to ANCAP, but these shortcomings are present in ALL other Political Philosophies that may ever exist in this universe.
To point out what may not be allowed under ANCAP, declaring it a "moral failure" or whatever, and then use it as a justification to move to a worse system is Illogical and thus WRONG.

Yes, as said before even under ANCAP Stealing is not an ABSOLUTE wrong, but it's still wrong. Why?
Mainly because of the N.A.P., but if you want to reject it out of Illogical reasons, it's also wrong because if Stealing was the norm then everyone would steal from each other instead of trading or working for things.

If we go by the data available to us the entities which actually have Rights are the ones with the "attribute of Personhood"

which means that Rights are not exclusively human for arbitrary reasons.

Altho humans have right because of their hardware's abilities, not all humans do have them and ALL humans don't have them their entire life because of simple, obvious and undeniable factors:

The universe is Fatalistic not in the sense that Santa wrote down a book of things that MUST happen or in the sense that that book describes every single event in reality, but in the sense that by Causality the future is determined by the past (tl;dr search the concept of Laplace's Demon).

The future is fixed and completely determined by the past, even human actions, not because there's an invisible thread forcing you to go against your will, not at all, it's instead because you can do no more than being yourself, thus your actions are still yours, your decisions are still yours and what you do is absolute and could not have been otherwise, because by causality what did that thing was you in that time at that place.


Fatalism, the negation of the fear that you are not yourself because you can be influenced by the world, which is normal and happens every day.
Are you not you because you're forced to walk on the floor instead of the walls or the ceiling?
