why isn't there a place where you can just do this every day?

so I'm actually thinking of building one 🎮

english speakers chat with english learners → earn points
then use those points to go practice the language YOU'RE learning!

The whole thing looks like Animal Crossing pixel art
And eventually you'll be able to build your own room with your points 🏠

【Concept】
People who want to learn Japanese
and people who want to learn English.

We thought it might work best if the numbers were balanced.

So we’re trying a small language exchange in Futako-Tamagawa with

4 people who want to learn Japanese
4 people who want to learn English

Just 8 people in total.

For 90 minutes we’ll chat, play a few small games,
and switch between English and Japanese.

A relaxed space to practice and exchange languages.
