3 Emails. One Offer. Here’s What He’s Really Saying.

Got a series of follow-up emails from someone reaching out about my YouTube channel. from this guy called Dennis Ivin (dennisivin@joindigroowth.com). I am not sure if he will see this post but I choose to reply here in public because we all can learn about the ramifications of Period 9:

First, here is the gist of what Dennis said -
-He says my content deserves more views.
- Claims he can grow the channel to 4,500+ subscribers in 90 days.
- Promises 100% organic growth, no bots.
- Offers a “pay only if results happen” model.
- Mentions past clients hitting viral numbers.
- And of course… invites me for a call.
.
On the surface, it sounds compelling. But we are n Period 9 where attention is cheap while trust is expensive. Subscriber growth is easy to promise even though the person does not have any track record, nor like Dennis, charging only on a success basis. Having said that, just like on LinkedIn, it is the audience quality that matters.

I the growth doesn’t translate into:
– better brand positioning
– stronger audience alignment
– real business outcomes
then your business is not growing. You’re just inflating numbers - having raving fans but will never buy your stuff.

The better question Dennis should address (instead of “Can he grow my channel?”), is how to ensure that this growth strengths our channel's posistion and bottomline.
.
In Period 9, if you can't do that, you will find it absolutely tough to get hired! Most people optimize for speed. Few have the guts to optimize for clarity. That’s where the real game is now.
.
To the rest, if you were in my position, would you take that call with Dennis?

This is where many Western Leadership advocates miss it when they say you must take "massive action".

What if it is 10x0, where 0 is the wrong date?
.
10 x 0 = 0
.
On the other hand, a favorable date adjusts conditions but never replaces execution, and that shows up in business where weak offers fail regardless of timing. Strong operators move first, then use timing to press their advantage.

In response to the use of Avatar AI,

We have consistently received feedback regarding the use of Avatar AI in this channel over the past few weeks. You shared with us that you prefer human beings over an AI Avatar.

We got that. Not every video we produce here at the Destiny Architect is an AI Avatar. On a rough scale, it's about 40%, and the remainder is still done by real human beings.
.
As we shared with many subscribers, this is Period 9 when automation is dominant. So, we decided to be one of the early adopters on this platform to explore using an AI Avatar for our content creation, especially since many channels have not even touched on this topic. By the time the use of AI Avatar becomes the norm in Period 9, we will have at least 2-3 years of experience ahead of the massive crowd here.

We also believe that the technology is not yet at the level where the AI Avatar can sound exactly like a human being. If you have been researching the media industry, you know AI Avatars have already been used in news reporting and drama, especially in the People's Republic of China. This trend will never be turned back to where we were in Period 8. Hence, instead of hoping to remain in Period 8, we believe we should embrace technology and move forward.

We understand that people often do not prefer change because it is associated with their comfort zone. At the same time, changes and growth would only happen by our committing to getting out of our CZ. The process is absolutely uncomfortable. Look at the AI Avatar we created in Feb, we were laughing at ourselves. Watch out for our AI Avatar in April, and you will notice we have already made adjustments to improve delivery and quality.
