I just wanted to share some exciting updates with you. Jenna and I are still together and celebrating our 3-year anniversary this coming week! 🤍

I’ve completed my master’s degree and am thrilled to start my first dietitian job at an eating disorder center. 🎓🌟

We’ve decided to shift the focus of this channel to offer trustworthy, inclusive education about nutrition. Helping others heal their relationships with food and exercise feels like my true calling, and I’m so excited to dive into this new direction!
