Medical Update

We took the child for medical evaluation due to a severely swollen abdomen. The doctors have advised that this condition can be caused by several treatable issues such as severe malnutrition, intestinal worms, fluid in the abdomen, or liver-related illness.

At this stage, no surgery has been recommended. The medical team has requested an abdominal ultrasound and basic laboratory tests as the first and safest steps to identify the exact cause. A CT scan or operation would only be considered later if absolutely necessary.

The child is currently under observation while we arrange these investigations and begin supportive care, including nutrition and medications as advised by the clinicians.

We are asking for continued prayers and support to help cover diagnostic tests, treatment, and proper nutritional care so we can act quickly and give her the best chance to recover.
