Earlier I unfortunately got notice of a copyright strike (the channel danger kind, not content ID) filed by Cover Corporation against five of the more recent watchalongs I covered. I'm not sure why it happened, but I reached out via email and am waiting for a response. While this is pending I'll have to put all current projects on hold, but I hope it'll be resolved soon.

One of my ram sticks exploded, so I figured I'd give the first channel update in a while as I wait for the replacement to arrive. I'm currently working on Fubuki's Deadpool watchalong, and will probably do the sequel for my next main release. Following that, I'll be tackling a super secret game playthough project that I've had in cold storage for years.

Thanks to my few beloved ko-fi supporters, Pekora's Fate/Zero is finally complete and freely available in my discord, as well as the start of her UBW watchalong. I'm also going to see if I can put together a supercut using still frames instead of footage for Youtube, which will hopefully avert the usual anime strikes. If that method works out, I'll consider covering other anime watchalongs in some capacity, especially Subaru's unbelievable catalog.

Dark Water, the second watchalong ever posted on this channel, has been hit with a copyright strike four years later. The footage was basically unaltered so it's not too surprising. Henceforth it'll be available via the channel discord, which is linked in any of my recent video descriptions. There are a few new Pekora F/Z episodes uploaded there as well, thanks to the generosity of my ko-fi supporters.

In other news, following the resolution of several health, work and technical issues, Endgame is making good progress. It'll take a bit longer, but it's shaping up very nicely.

Following yesterday's copyright strike, I've opened up a crowdfunded commission system for stuff I can no longer upload to youtube, primarily anime watchalong coverage.

All donations received at ko-fi.com/pekosubs will go towards production of these translations. You can designate which video you want to fund in your message, but even if you don't I'll still count it towards the next one's progress.

Thanks to this strike, I can no longer cover Pekora's Fate watchalongs, and had to remove the other videos from the channel. This also happened to a Matsuri Demon Slayer video last time, so I'll be avoiding extended anime series going forward.

At some point I may also upload a supercut for the remaining half of Zero there, but I won't be able to make it as in-depth as the previous ones. With ad revenue as tiny as it is, spending months on a video with no return would put me at real risk of homelessness.
