I'm sorry for not making new content, I'm very busy at work, and also I was doing music commissions for some people.
I'm planning to open my page on Boosty.to, this service is similar to Patreon. I plan to use Boosty as a fundraiser, it will also give me a motivation to make more content.
I also changed my channel name in order to avoid confusion with another channel with a similar name.
Still I have a lot of plans for new content, stay tuned.
Okay, I need to talk about the situation regarding “Belupacito” copyright claim.
It all started when I did a cover of Running in the 90s song in the style of an orchestra and uploaded the video on my Youtube channel in 2020. But in 2021, under my video appeared comments that wrote the word "Belupacito", and who also believed that this was Beluga's song, without even paying attention that my video was uploaded earlier, but at least Beluga put a link to my cover in description to his video.
At first I felt bad about this, because I was annoyed by "Belupacito" comments under my video, so I decided at first to hide all of my videos on my channel, after that Beluga removed the link to my cover in description of his video. I know this is not a smart move to do, but I calmed down and returned most of my videos to the channel, including my Running in the 90s cover. I'm thankful for Beluga that I got some more views and subscribers, but after I restored my video back Beluga DIDN'T put back a link to my cover in description of his video.
I tried not to pay attention to this, because the commentators would write I "stole" Belupacito, and these commentators don't even pay attention I made cover to "Running in the 90s" FIRST, but I read some comments that advised me to block Beluga's video, even so I tried not to pay attention to this.
But recently under one of my videos I read a commentary, that my cover was uploaded on Soundcloud without my permission as "Belupacito", and reuploading it leads to copyright claim, even user KennaTV can confirm that I made this cover FIRST, because my video was uploaded in 2020, and Beluga uploaded his video in 2021. This made me to request a takedown of Belupacito video by Beluga Jr at least on Youtube, and other reuploads. And of course people still calling me a thief, like they know the real situation around this.
You may call me as you want, "thief", "scum bag", "piece of shit", whatever, this is your right. But you know what? I'm so fucking TIRED of reading comments like "THIS IS BELUGA'S SONG, YOU STOLE IT". FINE. I will block other reuploads, because I'm tired of stupidity of these people, who think that I stole this cover, which I made FIRST. If you don't understand this, this is your problem, nothing can help you in that case.
