Hamza Andreas Tzortzis is the founder & CEO of Sapience Institute. He is the founder & director of Lighthouse Mentoring & co-founder of The Visionaries. He is the author of the best-selling book “The Divine Reality”, which has been translated into over 10 languages. He co-authored "Unveiling Tyranny: The Genocide in Gaza & False Zionist Narratives on Palestine". He is the author of "The Way of Love: 12 Reasons Only Allah Deserves Worship" (April 2025).

Hamza has an MRes, MA & a PgCert in Philosophy. He is currently pursuing his PhD & has studied Islamic thought under qualified scholars.

Hamza is a project & programme management professional, with extensive experience in charity governance & operations, & worked as a consultant for public & private sectors. He was CEO of iERA from Apr '17 - Feb' 20, where he & his team developed sector-leading robust systems, processes & procedures. He grew the organisation by over 500%, with an international operational growth of over 1000%.
