Annual coop spray down complete! Sand replenished! Fan de-pooped 🤣 The coop is a palace again! Just waiting for the nesting boxes to dry. And the pullets are out of the pen, finally! ☺️
Madeline and Margaret, my two BCM pullets. They're kind of a bully pair. Are BCMs known for being rude? I hope when they integrate into the larger flock, that they find a more peaceful place. Once they're big enough to handle roosters, they'll be released from the Sanctuary.
Maple is finishing her molt now. I caught a pic at the weirdest looking stage of feather growth! Those sheaths are unreal, man. She's looking more normal these days 😆

This is Flora. She came from my first ever hatch from my own hens and roos. She has always been so easy to hold, from chick to adult. I love her 💖
