Mike’s Miles achieved greatness today! On day one of my two days off from work, I walked to Knightdale, NC in support of The Wounded Warrior Project. It was a 13 mile walk. I did it in about 6 hours. This is the third city I’ve walked to. In total, Mike’s Miles has walked a total of 46 miles! So far, I’ve walked a total of 120,039 Steps!

Durham, NC - 43,664 Steps
Wake Forest, NC - 30,882 Steps
Knightdale, NC - 45,493 Steps

2 MAJOR THINGS!:

1.) Today, I completed my daily goal of 25K steps! In fact, I’ve exceeded it by at least 18K steps!

2.) Ive been thinking about this for a while and I’m going to do it: Set a World Record for the Most Steps Taken in a 24 Hour Day. Also, the official Guinness World Record for the farthest distance walked in 24 hours is 228.930 km (142.25 miles), achieved in 1976.

Can I do it? Anything is possible if I put my mind to it! If my feet do not fall off, I shall become a walking legend. #WorldRecord #Walking
