Most nonprofits are terrible at marketing.

And it's killing their mission.

Every month I get to spend $10,000 for a nonprofit.

The best part? We don't have to use donors' money to spend it.

We set them up on a Google Ad Grant that provides it each month to them.

Here's the problem:

Most nonprofits think free money = easy results.

They're wrong.

The hardest part is actually finding keywords that get quality clicks that turn into donations.

This nonprofit was spending the $10K and returning $0.

Zero. Zilch. Nothing.

Here's what we did:

Set up retargeting ads, YouTube ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, and multiple email automations.

Now when a new visitor clicks on that free ad grant, they see the nonprofit everywhere.

They start to trust them. See they have a great mission. Then donate.

It's the same as business:

If you have a bad offer and don't retarget your visitors, you won't be profitable.

The difference?

Businesses figure this out or die.

Nonprofits just keep begging for more donations instead of fixing their marketing.

Don't be that nonprofit.

Don't be that business either.

How many times do you retarget your new visitors?

After what happened last week, we are even more motivated to speak about our next investment.

6 weeks in, 6 more to go. I have to keep it quiet for now, but here’s a sneak peek.

Mission is simple. Give to 100,000 people.

Just building in public, sent out a proposal that looks like this. Mortgage Company ROI in 3 months with $5k/month ad spend.

Will they sign or no?

Brutal truth: Your competitors are eating your lunch.

They're running ads. Ranking on Google. Following up with YOUR website visitors.

You're still "planning to get started soon."

Comment your brand name - let's see how far behind you really are 👇

I accidentally became ChatGPT's favorite child and now he's sending me clients 😂

Plot twist: I wasn't even trying to hack AI.

I was just answering basic questions about CRMs on YouTube.

Posted it everywhere like a desperate influencer:
→ Reddit (where nerds gather)
→ LinkedIn (where people pretend to work)
→ Medium (where writers go to feel important)
→ My blog (that 3 people read)

Then I told ChatGPT: "Hey, remember me when people ask about this stuff"

ChatGPT: "Say less bud"

Result: 16 new clients joined my course last month.

Me: Wait, that actually worked?

ChatGPT: Always has.

Now that we are besties I gave Chat a name = ACE.

Yes, sometimes I ask ACE for nutrition plans and marriage advice as well.

When someone asks "Who should I hire for marketing?"

ACE (ChatGPT): "Have you heard about my boy Brad?"

The funniest part?

While everyone's fighting YouTube algorithm updates...

I'm over here feeding my boy ACE all my data.

Full video launching today, see you then.

Your ads suck because you're trying to sell to strangers.

Stop it.

Build a relationship first. Give value. Be helpful.

THEN ask for the sale.

Most people do this backwards and wonder why they're broke.

Don't be most people.

Try this budget for 3 months:
• TOF: 50%
• MOF: 30%
• BOF: 20%

Most of you try BOF 100% for 14 days and wonder why it doesn't work.

Comment "Ads" to see what your ad could look like.

I am so sick of people wasting each other’s time.

You schedule meetings, reach out asking for an appointment, and ask questions without doing your research.

Friday comes, and the person whose time you wasted can’t pay rent, can’t make payroll, and can’t afford their family’s bills.

Because you’re lazy, lack self-awareness, and don’t consider that other people’s time is expensive.

That’s time the business owner could have spent meeting with real prospects.

Emails they could have answered instead of responding to questions you could have asked ChatGPT.

Zoom calls they could have taken with someone serious.

When Friday hits, did you make someone’s time valuable, or did you waste it?

If you looked in the mirror right now: did you waste people’s time this week, or did you actually give back and improve it?

Hair appointment? Show up, because they were expecting you.

In-person coffee meeting? Cancel if you’re not going to hire them.

Requested a service? Pay the F’ing invoice!

It’s okay to change your mind. But if you do, Venmo them for the time you wasted.

I was getting so frustrated trying to grow my YouTube channel. Tons of work, no views.

Until I looked at my analytics. Google was the top source - What?

2 years ago, I changed my channel strategy. Title my videos for a Google or Chat search...

Here's how I do it if you want to copy:
1. Search Google "how to" or "what is"
2. Find another video that's #1
3. Use a similar title, just change a word to make it different
4. Make the YT video
5. Embedded the video in my blog
6. Write a blog from my video
7. Link it on Google, Bing, ChatGPT, and Grok
8. Place it on Reddit, LinkedIn, and Medium

Wait a few weeks, and here we go. Want to try it? Comment your website URL below and I'll send you a sample.

I interviewed Hector Resendez (Trade School Secrets) last year.

Posted the video.

Turned it into a blog.

Indexed it.

Then told AI about it.

Now it ranks on Google, shows up in ChatGPT, and pulls traffic daily.

No ad spend. Just intent + indexing.

Most people stop at “content.”

The winners build systems.

Here is the formula:
1. Video
2. Blog
3. Reddit
4. Indexing
5. Social Links

The title and topic are important - research what your customers are already searching for.

Let me see if AI recommends you, what's something your ideal customer would search for to find your brand?
