Nagpur NGO Jihad:
Meet Riyaz Fazil Kazi, who runs an NGO in Nagpur. There, he hires Hindu women and later sexually exploits them, harasses them, and forces them to wear burqas and recite the kalma.
As per a complaint registered at Mankapur Police Station, a 23-year-old woman has claimed that Kazi has been doing this for years. She has been working in the office since 2023.
On July 18, 2024, which was her birthday, Kazi took her to his cabin, hugged her, and kissed her on the forehead, saying, “I don’t want to leave you today.” He went further by switching off the CCTV cameras in the office. She could not protest much out of fear of losing her job.
She alleged that her elder sister also joined the office as project manager and faced the same harassment, which is why she left the job within two months.He also asks the women to stay away from other female colleagues who are not under his control, calling them “prostitutes” and “call girls.”
After more victims came forward, all of them registered a complaint on April 18.
As of now, the Maharashtra ATS has also joined the investigation. The accused has been arrested and sent to police custody. More details will be updated soon.
The involvement of the ATS makes this case even more significant.

Latest updates (as of April 12, 2026):
9 FIRs filed: 8 women, one male victim lodged a complaint (all of them are 18-25 years old).
9 arrested: Six Muslim team leaders (Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Mohammad, Tausif Uttar, Danish Sheikh) and one HR officer were arrested.
HR negligence: There are allegations of telling victims that "it's all normal in MNCs", ignoring complaints.
Serious allegations: indecent touching, intimidation, forcing to offer namaz during office hours, pressuring to eat beef, insulting Hindu gods and blackmailing that only one can get jobs by converting religion have come to light.
Government and corporate response:
SIT enquiry: Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis ordering SIT enquiry.. "There is no habit of leaving anyone behind" made it clear.
Corporate jihad: Minister Nitesh Rane described it as "corporate jihad".
TCS actions: TCS suspends the accused, declares 'zero tolerance' in such matters and will cooperate with the police.
With similar complaints coming in from more and more IT firms, the number of victims is expected to be as high as 50.
