Finally someone who can explain what I have been feeling since Chadwicks Death!! Boseman was an amazing individual who cared deeply about the art of acting and the integrity of roles and how it positively affected others. The character of T'CHalla is bigger than the actor ... definitely no disrespect!! We have gone to long without a significant positive and strong Black Hero and role model!! As said in this video I think Chadwick would be honored by the sentiment but would have wanted the character to live on!!
The character is the King of an African Nation and is one of if not the wealthiest men on Earth, in charge of the most technological place on planet Earth!! This is a representation that black men and black boys have gone without and it made us all proud when it came to film reality!!
The Black Mans struggle throughout History is real and for a time we got to see something more and to take that away even in the role of Black Panther is a tragedy!! Not to say we have none but it always ends tragic and we have definitely not had a character of this magnitude to represent us in the Marvel Universe. Just my Thoughts!!
