I just want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you! Hitting 1,000 subs is a big milestone, and it wouldn’t have been possible without your support, feedback, and encouragement along the way.
So, today this channel turns 11 years old. In the beginning, I’d occasionally throw up some random concert footage I went to. But... in September 2016, I figured, ‘Why not start playing bass even though I literally know nothing about it?’ Solid plan, right? Turns out, it worked as therapy—still does, actually. Now, when I look back at those embarrassingly bad videos, I see some progress. I mean, sure, I’m no bass master and definitely not a virtuoso. I just play for fun—mostly songs I like or ones that remind me of the glory days, no matter the genre. Fast forward to this 11th anniversary (or 8, if you only count the super high-quality cover videos), and somehow, the channel hit over 700 subscribers. Don’t ask me how. But hey, thanks for sticking around, for all the feedback, and for pretending to care. I really wish I had more time to upload more content, but you know, life’s busy. There’s a never-ending list of songs I totally plan to record... someday. Progress is slow and maybe one day all my brilliant ideas will finally see the light of day. Keep the home fires burning, while your hearts are yearning...
