Marking the 85th year milestone, Jeep's India arm has launched the Compass 85th Anniversary Edition at ₹26.70 lakh (ex-showroom). Being a limited edition, only 85 units are available.

Visual changes include gloss-back alloys, anniversary-themed elements and detailing, all-black theme and Mayan Gold accents, and contrasting colours. 85th Anniversary AXS packages offer ambient lights, sunroof illumination, digital IRVM, front and rear dashcams, and other anniversary edition-exclusive elements. 

Powertrain options remain the same - 2.0-litre diesel with a 168bhp/350Nm output, and it is paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox. Both 4x2 and 4x4 layouts are available.

MG's upcoming 7-seat SUV has been spotted undisguised! Referred to as the Hector Hawk or the Hector Tomahawk, this one hints at the arrival of an EV first.

Based on the globe-spec Wuling Eksion, which was put up as an exhibit at the 2026 Indonesia Motor Show, it is likely to use a 69.2kWh battery pack paired with a 201bhp/310Nm motor, with a claimed range of up to 530km.

The Mahindra Scorpio Lifestyler is what the Scorpio N-based pickup will be called! This is the carmaker's spin at the lifestyle pickup segment.

The first SUV from the MG ADAPT platform has been teased! Called the Hector Hawk, this 7-seater SUV can be reserved for ₹21,000.

Feature-wise, expect a full-LED setup, 18-inch tyres, powered and ventilated front seats, three rows, 8.8-inch instrument cluster, 12.8-inch infotainment, 50W wireless charger, six speakers, anti-pinch power windows, and 360° cameras.

The EV version could be powered by a 201bhp/310Nm motor paired with a 69.2kWh battery pack. The plug-in hybrid is expected to get a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine paired with a 20.5kWh battery and motor, producing 194bhp/230Nm (combined).
