Update: I had my last night of bowling league on Thursday and it ended up going pretty late for what us bowlers know as "sweepstakes night" so the next B-Schaeff Daily will be recorded early Friday morning, I'm hitting the hay!

Hey guys, sorry for the delay in posting new videos since last week -- for a couple days there we had Christmas parties and there was not a lot of Cardinals action anyway, but with Arenado blocking a trade to Houston I intended to jump on this morning and get back in the game.

I have been down sick all day with virus that has made its way around our household. I usually don't catch these things, but it seems to have happened and I've been in bed all day. I'm actually still doing my afternoon radio show on KTGR right now, but it's been a grind.

We will get to all the Cardinals happenings soon, and I really do apologize for the delay everybody!

I'm excited to announce the B-Schaeff Daily server on Discord!

The goal of the Discord is to provide a space for Cardinals fans and listeners of our podcast to hang out during games and for general Cardinals talk. Twitter is great, but this will provide an opportunity for game threads without all the fluff, for a discussion place with like-minded fans. That's the idea, anyway.

Free to join! Within the Discord, there will be a "lounge" group chat available for channel members in the 'B-Schaeff Daily Lounge' tier on YouTube. It's an extra perk that I wanted to offer when I created the channel membership tiers on YouTube, and now I am finally getting around to creating that option.

If you're interested in the lounge chat, just let me know in a DM on Twitter or Discord that you've signed up for that membership tier, and I'll get you into the 'lounge'.


I do think the private 'lounge' chat within the B-Schaeff Daily Lounge Discord server will be a cool feature that I hope to end up using more frequently and more casually than Twitter. So it will be a good place to reach me with questions throughout the week.
