Big relief for NEET aspirants! The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced several candidate-focused improvements for NEET (UG) 2026, aimed at making the exam experience smoother, more comfortable, and stress-free.
✅ Exam Duration Extended – Total examination window increased to 195 minutes (2:00 PM – 5:15 PM)
✅ More Rough Work Space – Rough pages increased from 2 to 4 pages
✅ Improved Question Booklet Layout – 2 rough pages at the beginning and 2 at the end for easier access during the exam
✅ Applicable in All Languages – Changes implemented across English and regional language question papers
✅ Focus on Student Experience – Better convenience while maintaining fairness, transparency, and security

✅ What Do Affected Candidates Need to Do?
📄 Submit Annexure-A along with a notarized affidavit on court stamp paper in the prescribed format.

✅ How to Submit Scribe Details?
1️⃣ Visit the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in
2️⃣ Login using your credentials.
3️⃣ Click on "Register Scribe Details" on the candidate dashboard.
4️⃣ Select the scribe option and submit the required details.
5️⃣ Verify the submitted information in your application form.
⚠️ Important
The option will be available only for eligible PwD/PwBD candidates.
No requests may be entertained after the deadline.
