LIVING GODLY IN THIS PRESENT WORLD

Titus 2:11–12(KJV) For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

Oh, what a Teacher we have!! Grace!
The Grace of God has already appeared, not to some, rather, to all men! Something to note, "the Grace of God that brings Salvation"... So there is what this Grace delivers;salvation! Nothing less of what God has intended nor contrary to Him! Grace teaches us exactly as God has intended.

He is not a careless teacher who instructs us to do just anything because we are already forgiven_He carefully teaches/trains us in the way we should walk_exactly in sync with the character of God..That is no to all ungodliness and yes to all Godliness! He completely changes what we desire by causing us have an appetite for what is of God! Glory!!

In simple terms He says to you and I, "Because of what Christ has accomplished for you, this is who you now are_live from that reality.” Grace does not teach anyone to sin nor live ungodly_He provides solution to ungodliness by teaching you and I how we should live in this present world_Godly! Wow!

TODAY'S DECLARATION
Grace is a wonderful instructor to me.
I have the capacity to learn from Grace.
I am well taught by Grace.
I live a Godly life in this world.
I thank God for Grace.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD 2

Psalm 23:2 (KJV)He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters.

Here, David is describing the Shepherd's care, not the sheep's ability to provide for itself.. We don't manufacture "green pastures" ,neither do we make ourselves to lie down, rather, we are made to lie down on "The already available green pastures" Oh people, notice something beautiful, we don't convince the shepherd to provide_the shepherd has already prepared a place for the sheep to feed and rest peacefully(still waters=peace/quietness)

Jesus didn't merely come to show us the pasture_He literally gave His life to bring you and I into the Shepherd's overflowing provision.. Good news indeed! He makes us lie down, oh, look at this beloved of God,, lying down is a picture of rest.. We have entered rest! Hallelujah!
We're not in the business of running around trying to create provision and seek rest, we rest because we're already in abundant provision;green pastures!

TODAY'S DECLARATION:
My Shepherd:

Has provided abundantly.
Has made me rest.
Leads me carefully.
Nourishes me.
Refreshes me.
I AM AT REST, I AM IN ABUNDANT PROVISIONS!!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD

Psalm 23:1(KJV)
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Who is a shepherd? This is one who is responsible for the care, provision, protection, guidance and well-being of the sheep.
David says, “The Lord is my shepherd.” Notice this, it is not first on what the sheep is nor does for the Shepherd, he begins by "The Lord is..." meaning it is what the shepherd does for the sheep or even deeper, who the shepherd is to the sheep.

In this New and better Covenant, Jesus reveals Himself as the Good Shepherd(John 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.)
Jesus didn't merely promise to give His life—He actually did. At the cross, He COMPLETELY dealt with the greatest need humanity had: sin and separation from God. Through His death and resurrection, He brought us into fellowship with the Father.. Hallelujah!

Thus when we say He is our shepherd we don't hope God will take care of us some day but we are already in Him;our lives are already under His care, isn't this wonderful! Also, He is our sufficiency, we don't lack!!!!A believer lacks nothing because He has received Completeness, you remember our devotion on 15th..."Of His fullness..." fullness means nothing missing, nothing lacking!

TODAY'S DECLARATION
I have a good Shepherd.
I am taken care of very well.
I don't lack anything good!
My shepherd is my sufficiency!

DESIGNED TO SHINE BRIGHTER

Proverbs 4:18(KJV)
But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

Wait, what a beautiful picture! What a path!! Now, in this verse, Solomon gives a beautiful illustration of how a believer's(the just/righteous) direction/path has been designed to be.

Let's look at sunrise. When the sun first appears, there is light—but it isn't yet at its brightest.. As morning progresses, the light becomes clearer and brighter.. 2pm light is more than 6am light.
That's the picture the writer is giving.. "From dawn to full daylight". The righteous person's path is characterized by PROGRESSIVE ILLUMINATION.

We may understand a reality today that we didn't understand one year ago.. This points to the increasing clarity of Truth in our walk. Notice something beautiful;the path is already illuminated_it is not dark at all! In Christ, you have already been brought into Light.. Hallelujah

Please note, the "increasing day light" isn't an increase of Christ(Light) in us, He dwells in all His completeness! We grow in Him therefore the "increasing light" is our growing in understanding and experience of Him.

TODAY'S DECLARATION:
My path is designed to shine brighter.
The longer I live, the brighter I shine!
Today is better than yesterday and tomorrow is better than today.
I grow in the knowledge and understanding of Christ every second!
I experience and manifest Christ daily!
Today is brighter because I know Him more!

Philemon 1:6
(KJV) That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

A believer is not deficient of any good thing! Whatever can be called good is not somewhere hidden for a child of God to pursue but it indwells us no wonder from our theme scripture we learn that we don't ask for good things we have them already our responsibility is to acknowledge that indeed every good thing is in us.

Notice this, Paul does not say our faith become effective when we become good enough, do good, manufacture good etc_ rather, the emphasis is on recognizing what God has ALREADY placed IN us in Christ. Faith becomes effective as we acknowledge the good we have received in Christ.. Also note, it's good_consistent with His nature, not evil!

TODAY'S DECLARATION.
I have Zoe.
I have redemption in Christ.
I have forgiveness in Christ.
I have peace with God.
I have the peace of God.
I have the Holy Spirit.
I have righteousness in Christ.
I have access to the Father.
I have good health.
I have great wealth.
I have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
I have ALL things that pertain to this life and Godliness!
I have been supplied with EVERY good thing!

TODAY’S DEVOTION_15/08 /2026.

“LIVING FROM HIS FULLNESS”

John 1:16 (KJV)
“And of His fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.”

Child of God, “Of His fullness we have all received...” Notice the tense: have received..We will not receive, we have already!

In Christ, you don't receive a little portion of God and then spend your life trying to earn the rest. His fullness is the source; you are the recipient.. You have received His completeness!

Grace upon grace means that God's supply toward you is not exhausted. He has supplied generously.
You can therefore live today from what God has availed in Christ rather than striving to make yourself worthy of what He has already given.

Today’s declaration:
I live from His fullness not from lack. I am accepted, blessed, maximumly supplied and empowered in Christ. Grace upon grace is mine!

Heb.8.13 In that He says, "A new covenant," He(not you and I but God!) has made the first obsolete.(no longer in use) Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

A driving license that was to serve you for 5years let's say 2020-2025 what happens if a traffic police asks you for a DL and you produce that expired one?

The old covenant is no longer in use, it served in its time and today we are in a new, better, everlasting covenant that's between two immutable(unchangeable) beings!! We come in as beneficiaries of this Covenant between God and Christ Jesus!

So someone told me last week that 'you grace preachers encourage people to sin sipendi mambo yenu' wiwiwi🤦🤦
Now, 'No one who is born of God will continue to sin', why?
1. Because they apply effort to stop sinning❌
2. Because they try their best to live without sinning❌
3. Because Grace is a license to sin❌actually anyone who says Grace is a license to sin don't really know what Grace is!! Yes! Grace is a divine ability within us, a teacher Who teaches us to live Godly, He does not lead us to sin but teaches us Godliness!!! The reason us, who are born of God don't continue to sin is 'because GOD'S SEED REMAINS IN US'; a question, does the Seed of God sin? Does this Seed have sin? NO!! 'We cannot go on sinning, because we have been BORN OF GOD'. 1 John 3:9(NIV)
The reason sin has no dominion over us is because we have One greater than sin;GRACE! Is that a license to sin or a divine help? Selah!
