My name is Francisco Banda aka Wild One i will be talking about my experience in prison, as well as in recovery from my addiction, using exercise as a coping skill , his mission as a peer support specialist is to assist the next person in addiction, I will be working out and talking about my life experiences and addictions in each video.
The future episodes will feature guests who are in recovery and use exercise as a coping mechanism.

In shadows of the past, I see the days,
Where absence left its mark, a clouded haze.
Regretful winds now whisper through the years,
Of moments lost, and all the silent tears.
For times I wasn’t there to hold your hand,
Or guide you through life’s shifting, golden sand.
Stupidity and folly led me far,
From where you shone, my brightest northern star.
But know this truth, etched deep within my soul,
My heart was yours, though I had lost control.
Each missed embrace, each laugh I failed to hear,
Is now a scar, a lesson crystal clear.
Forgive this heart that aches for what’s been done,
For not being there, my precious daughter, son.
I’m here now, with a love that’s pure and true,
To mend the past and build a life with you.
Let's weave new dreams and memories so bright,
And turn the wrongs to rights with all our might.
For love can heal, and time can help us grow,
Together, let’s embrace the light, and know—
That though the past was marred by my mistake,
The future’s path is ours to gently make.
