I won't be active for the rest of the weekend and maybe Monday and Tuesday because a HUGE cold front is coming near where I live within the next few days (which is Texas btw), and I might lose power and Wi-Fi.

Thank you all for the support with the Radiohead reviews, I had a ton of fun making them. Wildflowers by Tom Petty is next, then Marquee Moon by Television, and then the ATCQ discog.

You guys are the best and have a great weekend.

(Stay warm to those who will also get the cold front)

TRACK OF THE WEEK THURSDAY #01

Depeche Mode's Enjoy The Silence is one of the greatest musical experiences ever made, just as simple as that. This song is basically just everything perfect about synth-pop (which is growing onto being my favorite genre) encapsulated into this 6-minute masterpiece.

The production on this track is the best part, in my opinion. The techno sound effects gloss perfectly with the magical guitar riffs and Dave Gahan's vocals are genuinely spectacular, and I don't use the word spectacular a lot when it comes to music.

The songwriting is also fantastic, with the lyrics about how words can fail and real emotions are often best felt in silence, capturing the tension between speaking and truly connecting. It's honestly really well-written and another reason why this is one of the best ever.

This track is just so addictive and well-produced that I just can't get enough of this track. Violator is already one of my favorite albums of all time, and this song is one of the biggest and best reasons why. Please listen to this track if you haven't already, it's one of the greatest and one of my favorites ever.

This track truly deserves GODLY TIER.
