The large-scale manganese ore project in the north is about to be put into production! The GUOTE equipment test machine runs smoothly
Recently, a large manganese ore project in the north of China, for which GUOTE provided a full-process magnetic separation solution, has successfully completed equipment installation and is currently entering the trial operation stage.
The project adopts the "dry-wet combined sorting process" and integrates multiple types of magnetic separation equipment for collaborative operation, including:
✅ 3 4000 vertical ring high gradient magnetic separators (wet type) - for fine-grained weak magnetic manganese ore
✅ Drum magnetic separator - efficient pretreatment of large-particle ore
✅ Multi-roller magnetic separator - precise control of different grade intervals Through this step-by-step sorting design, the grade of manganese concentrate can be improved and the tailings recovery rate can be low, maximizing the benefits for customers! Special thanks to customers for their trust in Guote! Our engineering team is conducting continuous trial tests to ensure that the equipment is put into formal production in the best condition. After the project is put into production, it is expected to process 1 million tons of manganese ore annually, and will become a benchmark demonstration line for the efficient utilization of regional mineral resources.
