I know! Life lately has been adjusting to a new schedule, three kids, changed family life, an extended trip, new fitness goals, etc. I’ll be posting these things and challenges as shorts through this phase and as things stabilize, it’s back to long form workout videos.

This month of AUGUST is our 20minute workout month. As you know, short doesn’t mean slacking off. Each 20minute session is going to challenge you and help you get the most out of your fitness this month.
Strength, HIIT, Tabata, Kickboxing,etc everything 20min .
Rest Up this weekend, Everyone.

Hi friends,

I know I haven’t been posting frequently and with all the support you give me, I thought to explain. So I’m working on completing a few certifications and exams. Since everything with the videos are done by me, from filming to music selection and editing, a short break is needed to enable me wrap up my exams and get back to making videos which I love so much.

I have such plans for the month of AUGUST.

So let’s just take the week off and get ready to PRESS PLAY from next week!
