Unpopular opinion but for me I would give the 4th choice CB space at Tottenham to Malachi Hardy from our academy and start bedding him in. He’s a talented youth football player who’s got the required technical ability and composure to play out from the back. Make him 4th choice so he can start learning from Senesi, Van Hecke and VDV.
I would ditch Kevin Danso who in my opinion is nothing more than a lump yeah he’s good in the air and he puts his body in the way of shot (all perfect for a Jose Mourinho team) but technically he’s not a good football player. He’s poor at passing and distribution under pressure and lacks the ability to travel with the ball. He simply is not the level of what a RDZ team requires whereas Malachi Hardy has got those qualities.
I don’t understand the emotional attachment to Danso but for some reason a lot of fans think he’s a good player, I want players that suit the manager’s way of playing and Malachi Hardy is showing all the signs of a player that can do it but needs a couple of years of development in the first team along alongside other like-minded players.
Hardy > Danso
I doubt many will agree with me because the emotional attached to Danso is strong.

Our academy kids did far better in the 2nd half than our starting 11 did in the 1st half with our attacking play being far better with the kids.
We have good players in the academy and it’s a disgrace we’ve turned our back on them.
