An extraordinary opportunity came my way when a dear friend, a former NCAA basketball champion, approached me with a compelling challenge. He aspires to conquer an IRONMAN, and he sought my expertise to guide him through the swimming segment. Without hesitation, I embraced his request and not only committed to assist him but also decided to participate alongside him in this epic endeavor. But here’s the real kicker – for me, this IRONMAN Challenge is not just about participation; it’s about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible!

And speaking of pushing boundaries, I recently became a World Champion in Ice Swimming, proving that limits are meant to be shattered.
