I'm genuinely so shocked this channel got where it is today. I don't even know what to say.

450 subscribers and counting... God.. Thank you all, so much. It means a lot to me.

I made this account in late July, inspired by another OWN composer to make my own music. I falsely thought that making music was my purpose. I don't believe that anymore... Music is my passion, not my purpose. It is what I chooe to pursue despite everything that attempts to drive me away from it.

I am so thankful for all of you. Thank you for proving to me that my mediocre music means something to somebody.

Ah... You don't. For all I know, my songs could all be copies of somebody else's without even realizing it. I'd say try not to worry too hard about COMPLETE originality. Follow the melody your heart believes is yours, even if it sounds similar to a song you've already heard before. Ask yourself why that is, why does it already sound like that song? You may find yourself realizing that it's because you resonate with that song so much. The only way of truly understanding or knowing is to start. If you think it's just a copy of another song, then tweak it until it's yours, or remake it entirely.
