Hey y’all,

Just wanted to give you a quick update — CMT came down hard on me a few days ago.

They’ve started copyrighting their award shows, and as a result, some of those videos have been blocked on my channel. In a few cases, YouTube trimmed the flagged sections, so those videos are back up and watchable. But unfortunately, for others, there were so many flagged parts that trimming them would’ve left nothing worth watching.

Don’t worry — my channel’s not going anywhere. CMT didn’t issue any strikes, they just blocked certain videos. I also have a backup Google account ready (though it doesn’t have an active YT channel right now), just in case the CMAs come after me again. (Anyone remember Sailor Céline? That was me.)

And the copyright block went back on the 1992 CMAs and I now have a copyright strike on my channel.

Hey y'all! The copyright block on the 1992 CMAs was lifted. I didn't do anything. It just randomly got lifted. It's not my recording and it isn't the full show.

Y'all wanna know how little I care about country music now?.... I forgot about the ACM Awards tonight. Oh well. I haven't recorded anything for the last 9 years anyway.
