Hey Everyone,

6 years ago I started publishing my first YouTube videos.
259 videos later (on just the main channel) it's time for a change.

My channel has been declining for 2+ years now which is crazy since each video is dozens of hours of work (my fellow creators understand)

Despite putting 10x more effort into the resonance has been rather...low

I'm not stopping creating YouTube videos, I love sharing what I've learned and inspiring others, and to me (independent of views/subs) it's a form of creative expression.

I'm exploring new directions and formats
Trying out new stuff that interests me and doesn't feed an algorithm.

Some of my new videos are already scheduled and I'd love to invite you to check by.

I'll still do XR community-focused videos on how to land a job in XR, build your portfolio, personal branding, etc. on our second YouTube channel ‪@immersiveinsiders‬

Let's face it,


Apple's move trying to 'remove' AR/VR/XR etc. is quite polarizing.


Some people hate it, some love it


AR/VR/MR/ has become more and more confusing especially since (in my humble opinion) MR is kinda unnecessary.


Today, pretty much every VR Headset (including Apple Vision Pro 👀) has AR/MR capabilities.


So what should we call it and why??

When you think of building a VR product...


You want to build something that actually solves a problem
You want to learn from other peoples mistakes
You want to spend your time and resources well

Not sure if you have heard that Apple launched their AR Headset recently 🤔

I think it can have a pretty big impact on our industry
Now people outside our bubble will slowly get into XR as well
This can be a HUGE opportunity for us who loved XR "before it was cool"

This could be another iPhone moment.
