Well folks, I’ve recorded a new video about how you can start outlining your first film in like 10 minutes every night after a walk.

I’m writing my second feature film. At the moment it’s called, “Station Island”, and I’ve about 11 scenes done.

Since I wrote “Outer Heavens” in such a haste, I’m enjoying moving through this film more slowly and thoughtfully and that’s showing in the story.

I’m enjoying it a lot. I do about 30 minutes work on it every couple of nights. I try do every night but I can tend to become obsessed with the creation of it and normally little breaks here and there from it helps me not to over cook it.

There’s a looseness I like to have while writing so as not to tell, or influence the viewer in anyway. That make a lot of space for the viewer to come up with a lot of the story themselves. But doing this requires a lot of discipline.
