Alright so this post is going to be slightly different than normal.

Before people start framing me as all the typical types of shaming language, I am going to address what happened.

I was in lyn’s lane server ran by ‪@Nadalynlyn‬ and I introduced myself. I put something that people disagreed with me about and of course, that’s when personal attacks were made. Long story short, I basically elaborated on my point that men and women are different, we are not the same, we operate on different standards and metrics that dictate our value to the opposite sex. I got a couple of people calling me Charlie Kirk, RIP.

Then, of course, someone asked me what I think about trans people, to which I said, “I respect people as long as they respect me.” They then asked, do you think trans people deserve to be called by their preferred pronouns, and I said, “I personally will call you by your preferred pronouns, but I don’t think your right to your preference trumps someone else’s right to their preference, especially if they have supporting evidence that disagrees with your beliefs. Moments later, I got banned. Predictable.

I am posting this to say that I PERSONALLY WILL RESPECT YOUR PRONOUNS. I am accepting of people’s opinions, but if I see any inconsistencies that I disagree with, I will be prepared to elaborate on them. For the people in that server who think I am misogynistic or transphobic, I have no hate towards any one of them because this is the typical response to any resistance that doesn’t agree with the popular or widely accepted opinion. The thing is I don’t believe banning people for differing views is the right way to go about operating in society. Disagreements can be had, but that doesn’t mean people should be silenced about it. Last time I checked, (in the U.S) freedom of speech is a thing.

Btw, I am open to having a conversation with anybody in that server who disagrees OR agrees with me. Don’t be afraid, I won’t bite. If you read this far, thank you, I appreciate it. 🙂

Y'all, this remix is taking SOOO much longer than I expected. It's the visuals I'm struggling with. I am not a very creative visual person, so this is a real challenge for me. I hope this gets recognition.
