HOT TAKE! PLS READ IF YOU'RE AN MLB FAN/EDITOR
Before I begin, if you feel personally victimized then change and if you don't agree with my take it's js a take no need to come lashing out at me!
Now I begin, lately I found out in this mlb fandom they're some few ppl who acc like make content out of emotional scene in MLB js to farm views and attention and it's killing the MLB fandom slowly, what am I even saying it already killed the MLB fandom here and it's slowly doing that on tiktok, basically what I meant is that when I joined the MLB fandom/editing, I think 2 yrs ago, mlb was smth trending and easily going viral like if you basically js post an MLB edit to a trending song from tt ( being that time any song trending on tt, immediately trend here) made you get tons of views and that pretty much made everyone happy and this was a fun community but now after coming back from my lil break cos of my finals, I saw that most ppl ik left or don't edit MLB again and I wondered why until I started editing, saw my edits flop and then during my 1 month virus break, I decided to watch other ppl in this fandom to be able to see ppl I'll respect for their talent and ppl I'll support, js to be disgusted.
Why you may ask, I found ppl posting content such as "she saw her death at 14" ok we get that but because it went viral, why spam more "I relate to her" etc like we all feel for Marinette but why farm views and attention out of it basically what they're doing is ruining the editing community to welcome clip farm views; they post clip of episode and it gets views meanwhile edits of the acc EP flops, even if you wanna do this clip farm, at least edit once in a while to let the fandom know that yt isn't for only watching clips of an EP to relieve it only and rn going to TikTok being it's the only place I find MLB editors to take my inspiration from being only 10/100% of MLB creators are editors here , I find them in TikTok doing the same thing and rn if you check the MLB editors acc, their edits are flopping real bad
Well I already tried to revive the fandom when I came and no editor was ready to back me up (apart from my friends) and I'm not gonna be wasting my time on this fandom cos it's basically dead.
I'm here to say im leaving this fandom and I'm moving into making more Roblox-ninjago edit and multi fandom movies/series edit! My bsf b-day edit will be my final edit for this fandom

Okay guys I guess this is one of the
hardest things I've ever done...
But.. nothing lasts forever right?!

This one month was so hard for me guys, I got another virus attack ( twice in a row ) after installing windows again and this isn't js burnout, I js can't keep risking my PC life for editing and being I'm Abt to enter college, I'd like to start fresh with focusing on my studies

After much thinking and boredness, I came to the conclusion of not quitting editing but take a long time of break, reasons you may ask?
1. My infected new laptop: After much trial by an antivirus software I came to the conclusion of wiping out the laptop being it was the only way to wipe out the "expiro virus" basically it was jumping and infecting different files in folders within seconds, so I had to reinstall windows 11 and that sharp and fast conclusion cost me my device driver which made my screen blink a white screen, I tried all my possible best to uninstall the driver or update it or smth but all to no avail so by tomorrow I'll be taking the new pc to my technician hopefully for a fix but if anyone know a fix before I go tmrw, I'm all ears
2. Lately, I've lost motivation, not motivation to edit, like I have an 100% urge to edit but nothing pleases my heart, like song choice or character, once I get a song, it's either not too upbeat or smth for me to edit so I'll be taking a break to get a new perspective of motivation from my friends on TikTok
3. Yh that's basically it, forget Abt no 3

Js a lil heads up guys, since my exams were over and results came out earlier this week and I did amazing, my parents fulfilled their promise and bought me a new pc....well the main reason this post was made is that my old PC is gonna be fixed up and stuffs like the RAM will be upgraded so rn the PC is gone and the new one will be either arriving tmrw or Monday and I'm gonna need Abt 2-3 days for installation of AE26 (yh we're finally upgrading to 2026), Topaz and the needed plugins...so pls in total I'll be asking for 6-7 days of no edit and I won't be able to edit the final...being I have nothing in my drafts but the new pc is a huge WIN being there will be more consistent and high quality edit
