My channel will be about Street Food and Travel in Vietnam.
I’m James Tran, my background is IT. I like cooking, and ride my Minsk conquer stretch of road and off-road motobike. When i move i learn many things, make friend with many people. And i married the girl sitting behind me, we have a daughter ten months old. With the love of discovery street food, natural scenery, as well as cultural practices of each regon in Vietnam, i want to share with you my experience. Street Food And Travel

I'm in Mekong Delta, now i want to eat a local Food for breakfast. I saw a vendor on Street, she sells many dishes, all of them are made of Cassava. I order 1 glass of sweet soup (cassava cooked in brown sugar), price: 10,000vnd (~0.5 usd) and eat here. This local street food is cheap and folk, so many people like it. Her daughter is a effective assistant.
And this side is: boiled cassava, cassava steamed with coconut milk, and tapioca cassava silkworm cakes.
