HOW DO YOU PROGRESS?

If you are already sticking to your routine, you are doing great! 🫡🏽 However, a little more challenge will help you make more improvements 🀩

Here are some common ways to progress your exercises:
- Increase repetitions or sets
- Increase resistance or weights
- Change exercise positions
- Change the speed of the exercise
- Increase range of motion
- Incorporate one-sided exercises
- Introduce instability

⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Don't forget that every exercise is great! If you're feeling overwhelmed, keep it simple. Some exercise is better than none.
