Meet Carolina and Dani, two restaurant servers with a shared mission: to serve their guests and community with purpose.

Carolina Schumann (@carolinaschumann) from São Paulo, Brazil, now in Hollywood, CA, is passionate about serving her communities. She works with Comfort Cases, a nonprofit helping foster children. With 13+ years as a server, she dreams of owning a restaurant, winning an Oscar, and adopting children. Carolina is a proud mom to Malene Maria and three adopted cats.

Dani Carr (@letdanitellit), a Los Angeles native, has served at iconic L.A. spots like Roscoe’s and SUR. She supports My Friends House Foundation, aiding the homeless in Skid Row. Dani dreams of more kids, her own restaurant, and achieving fame. She’s a proud mom to Audrey and has a wonderful boyfriend, Remmy.
