Shalom. I grew up in a Jewish family, and ever since I can remember, I’ve been aware of God’s existence. But it wasn’t until God spoke to me with heartbreaking love about his son, Yeshua/Jesus, that changed me profoundly—and this was through a dream. Since then, I’ve walked the path of a prophetic intercessor. I’ve also communicated the Lord’s love, grace, forgiveness, and truth through both the performing arts and literature. In 2023, I started creating and publishing videos on this channel for spiritual encouragement to keep running the race set before you. May your light grow even brighter in a darkening world.

Being Careful with Our Words... #spiritualgrowth #words #edification #grace #compassion
Shalom, dear friends. The Lord convicted me about one of the videos I posted this week. While the primary message was of keeping inner peace when confronted with a spiritually compromised or abrasive person, there’s another viewpoint I should have addressed. I disregarded the second point the Holy Spirit was nudging me on, and instead, used the imagery of what I saw in a dream to call a person a crab, or a crabby person with a small mind, and left it there.
The truth is that our words (including descriptions for people) have the power to either build up or tear down. How I should’ve ended the video was not just reflecting on inner peace when someone intentionally stirs up our environment, but also on gaining patience and compassion toward anyone in life who provokes us with irritation. We are all flawed people. The Lord brought to my attention this verse out of James 4:11-12:
“Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?” (ESV)
This is a law of love. Shouldn’t we always strive to be more sensitive of others, all others even when they’re mean? While inner peace, the peace that passes all understanding, is something to obtain and maintain, we also need to be more mindful of each person, giving the benefit of the doubt. It could be that someone who is challenged (and challenging) might be having a harder time than we are, or we could be the only representation of the Gospel in their lives. Might be that you’re the one called and anointed to reach the so-called “crab” (and I’m speaking to myself, too).
We can use healing words or negative words. In Proverbs 15:4, is says “A soothing tongue [speaking words that build up and encourage] is a tree of life, But a perversive tongue [speaking words that overwhelm and depress] crushes the spirit.” (AMP)
I happened to glimpse a title of a video from one of the many YouTube prophets that read something like “That Witch Has Got Nothing on You”, and I’m sure it was a great message, but all the Lord kept reminding me of was a powerful testimony I once heard from someone who was an actual witch. The witch was delivered by the Blood of Jesus and went on to serve full-time in a powerful deliverance ministry. How the witch came to know Jesus was through the very person they’d performed witchcraft against, again and again, and that believer steadfastly prayed and reached out, accepted, loved, and testified with healing words, until that so-called “witch” realized there was supernatural love from the Father that flows through his people when they submit and forgive, judge not, pray, accept, and choose to use healing words—despite harmful words or behavior towards them.
Christians, we’re not bigger. God is greater.
To some observers this might look like a small thing, calling a person a crab, but it’s huge to me because I don’t want to offend the Holy Spirit. So I removed my video in question and felt led to provide this explanation along with my heartfelt apologies. I am ever seeking to be molded by the Master’s hands.

Shalom. I removed a video I’d published yesterday. Not everything the Lord gives in dreams, visions, or intercession is meant to be publicized. The Holy Spirit convicted me on that one, so in obedience, I deleted it. I thought this action needed an explanation.
