With'KWS' as its well-known brand, Yibai has been devoting itself into R&D on PCD saw blades, TCT saw blades, cold saw blades, finger joint cutter, drill bits, router bits and spiral cutter head. Since established in 2002, it has introduced multiple automated production lines from Germany, automatic rate above 90%, like Mitsubishi laser cutting machine, Gerling automatic welding machine and Automatic grinding machine. The produce process mainly includes: incoming quality control, laser cut body, tempering, grinding, stress-test, run-out test, welding teeth and final quality control. The factory combines R & D ability with finished product testing methods, using a self-production and self-use model to produce efficient and durable industrial-grade cutting tool.
