Deal Alert: Lenovo Legion Go S (SteamOS) is down to £492!

I was just browsing Amazon and spotted an absolute cracker of a deal for anyone looking to jump into handheld PC gaming. The Lenovo Legion Go S (SteamOS Edition) is currently down to just £492!

Considering what you get for the money, this is a serious alternative to a standard Steam Deck setup. Here is why this caught my eye:

Double the Storage: This model comes packed with a massive 1TB SSD right out of the box—giving you double the storage of the entry-level OLED Deck for a comparable price point.

SteamOS Out of the Box: No clunky Windows menus to fight with here. It runs SteamOS natively, meaning you get that seamless, console-like "plug-and-play" experience and quick suspend/resume functionality.

Massive 8-Inch Screen: You get a gorgeous, 120Hz WUXGA display which gives you a noticeably larger viewing area for your backlog.

The Specs: Powered by the AMD Ryzen Z2 Go chip with 16GB RAM, Hall Effect joysticks (say goodbye to stick drift), and adjustable triggers.

If you’ve been on the fence about picking up a high-capacity handheld, this price point makes it an incredibly tempting option.

Hey everyone!

We’ve got a massive pipeline of content heading your way soon. Right now, I have two complete videos waiting in the wings and locked in the chamber, ready to drop.
But the grind doesn't stop. I’m already deep into production on the next project, and for this one, I’m headed to a galaxy far, far away... 🚀✨

I won't spoil the exact details just yet, but if you've been wanting to see how a certain "Unsupported", massive sci-fi battleground holds up in the palm of your hands, you're going to want to stay tuned. Dust off your lightsabers, because this next one is going to be intense.

Which era of the franchise do you hope I’m dropping into? Let me know in the comments! 👇

THANK YOU!

Well, this is a bit surreal...

A massive shout out and thank you to the team at Viture for sending out their XR glasses for me to put through their paces! I honestly cannot wait to get hands-on with these and see how they fit into a busy gaming routine.

If you told me when I first started this YouTube channel that I’d be receiving packages like this, I’d have laughed you out of the room. It’s incredibly humbling, and it’s entirely down to you lot.

A massive thank you to every single one of you who watches the videos, leaves a comment, hits like, or shares the content. Your support makes all of this possible, and I never take it for granted.

Stay tuned—I'll be diving into these very soon to see if they live up to the hype for time-poor gamers!

Thank you all again. 🕹️🙏

Did you guys see the Computex announcement from ASUS today? They just dropped the ROG XBOX Ally X20, and it is absolutely wild.

They finally listened to the community and put a massive 7.4-inch Nebula HDR OLED screen on it (120Hz, VRR, and a ridiculous 1,400 nits peak brightness). On top of that, it’s got a translucent black and gold 20th-anniversary design, TMR joysticks to completely eliminate stick drift, and a transforming D-pad. An OLED Ally with those premium upgrades sounds incredible on paper.

But here is the catch... 😮
It's releasing this holiday season, but you cannot buy the handheld by itself. ASUS is releasing it strictly as a collector's bundle with the new ROG XREAL R1 Gaming AR glasses. Because of the mandatory XR glasses bundle, this thing is likely going to cost a serious premium.

What are our thoughts on this? Is an OLED screen and TMR sticks enough to make you look past a mandatory tech bundle, or is the forced AR glasses requirement an immediate dealbreaker for you?

Drop your thoughts below—let’s talk! 👇

Hope you guys are having a good weekend so far.

I’ve just finished recording the a-roll for the next video. Got a new camera and mic set up instead of having to rely on my aging iPhone!

Not sure if it will make any visual difference, but it made filming a lot easier!

Hey everyone, quick heads-up: there won't be a new video dropping this weekend.

As you can see, I’ve been completely sidetracked. Arthur, Dutch, and Hosea dragged me out onto Flat Iron Lake, and honestly, the fishing in Red Dead Redemption 2 is just way too addictive to put down right now. I’ve officially traded my editing timeline for a fishing rod.

Plus, once I finally make it back to dry land, I’ve got an itch to dive into some classic James Bond.

Appreciate you all understanding the brief intermission! The regular schedule will be back next week. Have a great weekend, and let me know what you're playing in the comments!

We need to talk about Valve. 🤯

The Steam Deck OLED is finally back in stock, but it comes with a massive catch. Valve just quiet-dropped an absolute bombshell of a price hike.
The 512GB OLED has jumped from £479 / $549 up to £649 / $789.
The 1TB OLED has gone from £569 / $649 all the way to £779 / $949.

That is up to a £210 / $300 increase overnight for the exact same hardware. Valve is blaming skyrocketing component and memory costs (thanks, AI datacenter boom), but it means a 1TB handheld PC now costs significantly more than a PS5 Pro.

But here is the real elephant in the room: If Valve can no longer subsidize a handheld, what on earth is this going to do to the upcoming living room Steam Machine? If a portable APU is pushing a grand, a dedicated console-sized living room PC is easily looking like a £1,000+ luxury.

I’m putting the final touches on my quick thoughts right now.

It goes live TODAY at 2:00 PM UK time (9:00 AM Eastern / 6:00 AM Pacific).

Valve just announced a major price increase for the Steam Deck OLED, with the 512GB model now at $789 and the 1TB model at $949.

For those of us who already own one, do you think it still holds the same value at these new prices, or has the "entry fee" for the handheld space finally gotten too high?

Poll: Does the Steam Deck OLED still feel like good value at the new price?

Editing the next video, but I couldn't resist a quick trip down memory lane.

Current status: My desk is a mess of open editing timelines, but I’ve already snuck a little "research" time in for the next project.

I’m diving deep into some absolute classics from the PS2 era that I haven't touched in years. The nostalgia is real, and running these on the Deck has been an absolute blast.

I’m keeping the next title under wraps for now, but I’ve attached a screenshot from the game I’m currently playing.

Can you guess the title from this shot? Let me know your best guesses in the comments!
