I began my journey by healing myself FIRST from narcissistic dynamics and toxic relationships of all kinds. Freeing myself from the shackles I allowed to keep me stuck in a loop. Empowering myself to stand up for ME, use my voice, demand respect, set boundaries and learn to say NO. And because I know how it feels - I committed my life to help guide those on their journeys of healing and empowerment.

I didn't come to this microphone by accident. I spent years carrying things in silence.

👁️things I thought made me broken
👁️things I thought no one else could possibly understand
👁️things that lived in the space where sex, shame, and silence all collide

And one day I decided: enough is enough.

Not just for me. For every woman who was told her desires were too much.

For every man who was taught that vulnerability is weakness.

For every person who grew up in a home where the word "sex" was a dirty word and carried that into their adult life without ever questioning it.

Even when I was preparing and recording these conversations - I felt it .. I wondered “what if my family saw this - what will they think?”

Then I quickly leaned into the NEW version of ME and said to myself: “it doesn’t matter - that’s the whole point of this SEX SERIES … to heal those wounds, fears, and shame”

This podcast is my mission. To create a space that is warm, brave, and honest. To ask the questions nobody is asking. To hold the conversations that change lives because as you can see - they changed mine.
