$10,000 in my protocol one year ago → $27,840 today.

I just cut ‪@SnuggleFi‬'s protocol fee by 75%. Here's why that matters more than you'd think.

At the old 0.15% fee, tight ranges were too expensive to maintain. Users were stuck in wide, passive positions earning $18,480 on $10K.

At 0.04%, tight 1-5% ranges with 2-hour rebalancing become viable. Same $10K → $27,840. That's $9,360 more in the user's pocket.

The reason this works: Snuggle never swaps tokens. We reposition single-sided, which means zero swap fees, zero slippage, zero MEV, and roughly 50% less impermanent loss than any other automated liquidity manager.

During the bear market? $10K grew to $15,540 while HODL investors watched that same $10K melt to $4,500.

Just shipped a massive update to ‪@SnuggleFi‬. The simulator now has market bias presets (Bear/Sideways/Bull) with auto-detected market periods, and I optimized the default settings for every pool individually — 34 optimization runs to find the right config for each one.

Also launched a blog. First post breaks down the bear market backtest data — some of these pools outperformed HODL by 92% during the ETH crash. Full data, including the pools that didn't beat HODL.

Do you love animals? I know I do! Do you know who else loves animals? Kelly, the co-founder of Karma Farm Sanctuary. I want to take a moment to highlight this incredible person that is the main driving force behind ‪@karmafarmsanctuary‬

Kelly is the most selfless person I know. She wakes up before dawn, takes care of 30+ rescued animals before heading to work her full time job to make enough money to buy food, veterinary care, bedding, and building materials to make sure all the animals at Karma Farm Sanctuary are well cared for. Then she comes home from her job to take care of all the animals until late at night when she might get a few hours of sleep before doing it all over again.

Some nights she doesn't sleep because of emergency situations. She's been doing this for 6+ years now. She's the toughest person I know. Grit and determination don't begin to describe Kelly. She's driven by a higher purpose to care for these animals that so desperately need help. She sacrifices everything she has and does whatever it takes to give the best quality care to these animals. And nothing will stop her, ever. She's a force to be reckoned with.

She also has a hard time asking for help. Let's give her some breathing room and help cover the costs of the food, bedding, and veterinary care at the sanctuary. We still have fences that need repaired after trees fell on them during hurricanes Helene and Milton.

💥 75,000+ subscribers on YouTube! 💥

We just hit another major milestone, everyone! The YaBonks YouTube channel just surpassed 75,000 subscribers! 🤯

I am so overwhelmingly grateful for every single one of you that has supported me and helped me get here! I am at a loss for words but I will try my best to express my gratitude! 🙏

3 or 4 years ago I started this YouTube channel as a gaming channel. The name YaBonks came from a nickname we have for one of the first animals rescued at ‪@karmafarmsanctuary‬, ​Godric the goose! 🪿

Then I started making videos about crypto projects and interviewing tech entrepreneurs on my channel. I built a large crypto community and leveraged that to rescue animals and to expand Karma Farm Sanctuary. I started making content about animal rescues and our animal sanctuary. The channel grew out of control! 🔥

A few years ago I couldn't have imagined where I'd be today. I have more opportunities than ever before, and there doesn't seem to be a limit to what is possible! I can't help thinking there are higher powers at play. I am truly blessed! 🙏

I know so many of you reading this have been instrumental in getting me here, in getting our community here. All the likes, comments, shares, video views, everything, it all makes a huge difference! So thank you all for carrying me here and letting me serve you and making it possible for me to help more animals and people in need. If I've made a difference in one life, then I consider this all a tremendous success! ✨

Thank you to everybody who stood by me time and time again when I lost it all -- many times! Thank God for never giving up on me. I've hit rock bottom, I've lost everything and had to start over with nothing multiple times. I've struggled with mental health issues, drug addiction, relationship issues, financial issues, you name it. Yet somehow I've been able to come back stronger and better than before every single time. Don't ever give up! ✊

Now I'm running my own business, making my own schedule, and prioritizing my health and philanthropy. This is only the beginning! 🙌
