Boven Nederland vindt van 8 tot en met 20 september de internationale luchtlandingsoefening Falcon Leap plaats. Vanaf Vliegbasis Eindhoven oefenen landmacht- en luchtmachtmilitairen van 11 Luchtmobiele Brigade en het Air Mobility Command tactische luchtlandingsoperaties met onder andere het droppen van parachutisten en ladingen. Dit gebeurt samen met collega's uit totaal 12 verschillende NAVO-landen.

The international airborne exercise Falcon Leap will take place above the Netherlands from 8 to 20 September. From Eindhoven Air Base, army and air force soldiers from the 11 Air Mobile Brigade and the Air Mobility Command practice tactical airborne operations, including dropping paratroopers and loads. This is done together with colleagues from a total of 12 different NATO countries.
