The new “Earn up to 30 Connects” badge is now appearing on certain job posts (like this $150 Food & Lifestyle Reels gig).

If a client interviews or hires you, Upwork refunds the Connects you spent on that proposal but only up to 30 Connects per job.

The badge highlights jobs where Upwork is actively encouraging quality applications for highly valuable clients.
