Burning desire is first principle of all transformation.

The guy who wants it more, usually wins.

So what do you really want? How can you increase desire?


As Nietzsche said: Will to Power!

"Keep holy your highest hope!".

Nothing like some nietzsche to ignite the Daimon.

Warning: daimon-maxxing is dangerous:

- Can destroy your health and body and relationships.

- Turn you into a 4am substack underground man.

- create ego inflation, Delusional trips.

- leads to addiction or depression or psychosis.


So beware.

And be aware:

Art comes from pressure and heat.

AND Surrender.

Burning Desire is a full truth in life. A complete power.
But so is surrender. The opposite full truth.

The right balance between Ambition and Surrender - Ceasar and Christ - is the ideal state.

Every man must learn this for himself.

And this tension is generative.

I'm hiring.

So I'm looking for a long term assistant for many things. And why not hire someone from my audience! That's how brotherhood grows, through shared mission.

So I'm running 3 YouTube channels and too many projects.

I'm Looking for someone to integrate into my content pipeline: Editing scripts. Thumbnail and title design. Editing and publishing podcasts. Managing my substack. And more eventually.


Basic Skills / Requirements:

- Strong English + Writing Skills

- Familiar with philosophy and my mission.

- Media Savvy — Able to edit videos, make thumbnails, schedule content... or learn quick

- All-Round agency— I need someone who can follow detailed instructions. But also independent enough to execute with minimal oversight.

- Available 2 hours daily. (likely 5 hrs/week to start).



My budget is about 300-400$ right now. But his could turn into a much bigger project. ideally, I'm looking for a likeminded brother, who wants to grow the mission.
