This is not your grandmother’s holiday cake.
Inside, there’s a tunnel of creamy, spiced filling… and it’s not what you think.
The glaze and garnish? They’re hiding secrets you won’t guess… but they might be your favorite part.
And the batter? Let’s just say there are some forgotten heritage techniques at play. The kind of tricks your grandmother knew… and most people lost.
I went all in on this one. It shouldn’t work. Too many layers. Too many flavors.
But the result genuinely shocked me.
Full video filmed today — turn on notifications so you don’t miss the drop.
What do YOU think is hiding in that tunnel?

It has been a while since I have made my mother’s Parker House Rolls, so I thought I would practice before everyone shows up. What are you prepping for the Thanksgiving Holiday?

ONE RING TO RULE THEM ALL. I have been working on a recipe for a while now and this is the first test bake. I thought I would share a little bit of the behind the scenes stuff that goes on here when the cameras aren’t rolling. I would call this one a failure, but it has the bones of something incredible inside there, so I am off to try again to see if I can tighten it up and make it something we deem “channel worthy.”
