I doubt I will replay any of Soulsborne games until the end of this year (I have Demon's Souls video to upload, but it's from run I've done like 6 months ago lol), so here is an obligatory Tier List.
Most of placements, except for the first two spots, change very often and are interchangeable in each Tier.

The default Tier for the most possibly basic Boss (like Asylum Demon) is C and then when Boss is more impressive, it obviously goes higher. But it also gets lower per each element I dislike about certain Boss.
S+ are (near) flawless Bosses (in my opinion).
S are incredibly well designed and fun and usually excel in every/majority factors.
A Tier Bosses are almost always very enjoyable, but not outstanding. Some of them used to be higher, but they are a bit outdated nowadays.
B Tier can be kinda annoying, but usually are fine.
D Tier is for Bosses with some idea behind them, but a lot of issues and/or jank.
E Tier usually has one good thing about them and everything else suck.
F Tier is irredeemable garbage.
There are some exceptions obviously and I didn't analyze every single Boss as you can guess lol.

If some popular Boss or theoretically very impressive one is very low here, it means that I simply don't enjoy the fight or some/most of stuff going on (probably the most controversial is where I put Orphan of Kos, Soul of Cinder and Consort Radahn and that I put a bunch of ds1 Bosses below Bed of Chaos).

My second longest Boss fight. What an absolutely PEAK Boss. I won't upload this attempt even though it's very special for me, because I was mostly learning and practicing all moves.

Btw. It's kinda broken tool, allowing you to see something you shouldn't before unlocking it (this screenshot is from my 'no Lumina run' save where I haven't unlocked Clea yet), so I recommend to be careful with using it lol.
