Grammy-Award winning singer-songwriter Sam Martin was born in New York and raised in Oregon, attending Berklee School of Music for two years. His breakthrough came in 2014 with the writing of "Daylight" by Maroon 5, which peaked #1 on the Billboard charts. Additionally, he has songwriting credits for several artists including: David Guetta, Nick Jonas, Flo Rida, Zedd, Jason Derulo, and the Chainsmokers.

In addition to songwriting, Sam is the lead vocalist for the band Con Bro Chill.
